Dr. Kadamawe Knife
Kadamawe Knife holds a PhD in Sustainable Development and an MSc in Economics. He currently leads and coordinated the BSc in Management and Entrepreneurship Option as a researcher and lecturer in the Mona School of Business and Management, The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, in the field of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Planning. His research focus is on Social Entrepreneurship and the application of dynamic strategic planning techniques in planning, policy and project development. He applies these techniques at the international, regional and national levels, with a special interest in developing countries, ‘at risk communities’ and focusing on ‘at risk youths’. He is currently the Director of the Office of Social Entrepreneurship and Youth Crime Watch Jamaica, which is located in the Mona School of Business and Management. While his primary focus is on Social Entrepreneurship, Dr. Knifes is also an associate researcher with the Institute of Sustainable Development, UWI.
